Last week I went in and got a full set with gel. For some reason a few days later the gel was bubbling and coming up and by Sunday they were completely ruined. I went in today and they had closed early but as I turned around I seen Kevin the manager (I believe that is his name) I guess he had locked up the shop due to weather but came back because he seen me. I showed him my nails and he rushed me in there and took care of everything! Every nail salon I've ever been to has never treated me this way especially in weather like this. I also highly recommend their pedicures! I won't go any where else! The chairs are super nice and the technicians make sure they do a good job and your feet are taken care of. This place can get very busy but every technician tries to accommodate everyone in a timely and respectful manner . I see some people are just very impatient. Thanks very much great nails! ~ tyann a

This is the best nail salon I’ve ever been to! I got a full set acrylic nails on Sunday that turned out perfectly. After going back to work today, I realized they were a little too long for me to do my job. I walked in now and they sat me down immediately and shortened them for me and did the top coat over. I was so happy with their outstanding customer service I decided to get a pedicure ! Tracy did an outstanding job on my daughter’s nails and Hana did phenomenal job with mine . I was introduced to this incredible nail salon a couple of years ago by my daughter-in-law and have continued to go back. I thought my salon was great, but this place is even more friendly and gives top notch pedicures. I have requested Marry each time and she is incredible. I leave feeling relaxed and my feet look and feel fabulous. I appreciate the attention to detail from start to finish and you will not find a value. ~ Pam S

Every time we go here, we have the BEST service! They are friendly and kind, but more importantly, they take their time! They are the experts and it shows. I’ve been to a few other Nail places in Blaine and I always feel like I’m inconveniencing them. They rush through the process and it’s not a relaxing atmosphere. I'm a very active guy that does a lot of backpacking and mountain climbing. I come in for a pedicure before every big adventure to get my feet in good shape. The staff at Great Nails are very skilled, knowledgeable, and are WILLING to work on my nails that are pretty "narly'. I tried many other places that only worked on pretty nails. Safe to say they absolutely killed it!!!! I came in wanting something very specific. They didn’t have the channel sticker I wanted so one of the ladies made it for me!! Tracy did my shape and color and she was so meticulous. She made sure it was absolutely perfect. They’re not only amazing at what they do but also so friendly!! Every time I come I leave with the best nails and I just love them so much!!! I come here to get my nails done, I don’t go anywhere else anymore, because of how good of a job they do. I love it here!! You can come by yourself or friends or family. Very nice clam vibes, everyone is so nice. It was my first time going here, and I loved it! The staff was so friendly, and the lady who did my nails did them exactly how I wanted! Also, complimentary water and suckers, we walked in with no appointment and they got to us in about ten minutes only! I love this spa, and will definitely be coming back!! ~ Joan J

Great nails is the only place I will go to get a pedicure. I get the VIP pedi with the aloe vera scent. I literally feel like a VIP every time I show up I am greeted by everyone and taken care of promptly. They are on top of things here. I drive past several other places and make the 35 minute trip because it’s worth it. ~ Jason J

Today I went in with a badly broken nail as well and Sarah did a spectacular job fixing my nail with a new tip, without causing me any further pain (let’s just say, I ripped the original way down deep in the nail bed). Have been going here for years and they really have fixed up the place and continue to upgrade every time I go. Very impressed. Friendly and quiet atmosphere. Susan always does a great job with my pedis. She did great w my acrylic nail designs. However, another lady did the sculpting and most are lifting and one popped off 2 weeks later. I glued it down with dermabond bc it hurt too bad to get it repaired right away. ~ Christina N

Julie takes care of my grandma every time and I can’t say enough good things about her. She is very gentle and attentive. Tina has done a fabulous job with my nails and adds cute designs. I stopped in today for a pedicure because I had surgery recently and cannot reach my feet just yet. All employees were kind and the woman who did my pedicure was very attentive to my well being. Pedicure is beautiful and the experience was wonderful. Love the massage chair too! ~ Margaret H

Great Nail has a lovely atmosphere, and the staff is incredibly friendly. While my nail shaping wasn’t quite what I expected—some nails ended up uneven—the color selection was fantastic. The technician was attentive to my preferences, and I appreciate their effort in making my nails vibrant! ~ Charlotte T
